Governance Voting Policy

• At the opening of governance, voting for the passage or withdrawal of general assets governance can be conducted. Sequential updates will be made to allow voting for changes in all matters after the initial stabilization period.

• All times for governance are based on (UTC).

• Once a vote is registered in governance, it cannot be changed or canceled.

• Multiple votes cannot be registered simultaneously with one wallet address. If there is already a registered vote, another vote can be registered after the end of the current vote.

• Users wishing to register a vote must hold 0.15% or more of the total UNX of the entire protocol in their wallet at the time of voting registration.

• A cost of 250 UNX is incurred when registering a vote, and the cost is fully burned. Registration costs can be changed through governance voting.

• The body of the vote must be written in English and include at least 200 characters including spaces.

• The voting power (UNX) that can participate in each vote are finalized through a snapshot at the beginning of each vote. The "Holding Votes" displayed on the governance main page may differ from the real-time quantity of UNX available to participate in each vote.

• Even after the start of voting, the number of UNX available to vote in that vote remains the same as at the start of the vote, regardless of whether more UNX is acquired through or decreased through.

• The price criteria for voting are as follows: - If the total number of voters meets the minimum participation requirement and more than half of the total voters vote in favor (details are in ‘the governance voting registration_evaluation item’)

• The criteria for rejection of a vote are as follows: - If the number of participating votes is below the minimum participation vote quantity until the end of the voting period (7 days) - If the majority of total voters do not vote in favor by the end of the voting period.
